Home Finding program
Purpose: This program is intended to save time of the relocating assignee and family in this stressful and most important decision. CRGr's purpose is to help them settle down happily in a place they will love and suits their needs.
Herebelow please see the description of our Home Finding Program which includes demonstration of premises for rental as follows:
- short term (3-6 months)
- 5 properties
- long term
- 10 properties
Rental (short or long-term, furnished or unfurnished)
The international assignee acquires our Housing Information Questionnaire in order to decipher his exact housing requirements so as to enable CR to present to him the most suitable selection of properties to choose from.
We pre-select the properties on behalf of your international assignee with the aid of real estate agencies. We accompany assignees to all scheduled appointments of the most suitable properties. We orientate assignees around the various areas, acting at the same time as guide and interpreter.
When the appropriate property has been chosen, Corporate Relocations will handle all lease negotiations to the benefit of its clients and will assist with setting up appointments with owner, real estate agent, company representative and relocatee for the lease signatory and for all the necessary attestation and checks required for the lease signature.
Once the contract is signed, we will assist with the inventory procedures, and we will organize the utilities installations (electricity etc.).
